Users with a Trully account have additional benefits, such as the ability to save scanned news to a personal library and to compare the similarity of the scanned news with related recent news in the Philippines.

Trully Beta Program provides its News Credibility Checker service free of charge to all users, allowing them to use it without any charge.

Yes, Trully is accessible through mobile with any installed web browser on a mobile device. This is known as a "mobile web app," which means you can use Trully by simply opening your preferred browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) on your smartphone or tablet and navigating to the app’s website. Mobile web apps are designed to be responsive and functional on mobile devices, though the experience may differ slightly from a dedicated mobile app

Trully is currently on its Beta Stage. To access your Library, you must first log in to your Trully account. Once logged in, click the “Library” tab, where you will find a list of your previously scanned news articles along with their related news. Process: Log In > Home (Logged In) > Library > View Saved News

Access to previously scanned news is available only to users with a Trully account. Logged-in users can view summaries of their scanned results by selecting the specific news item from the Library tab located in the sidebar. Process: Log In > Home (Logged In) > Library > Select News > View Summary

The data saved in the library include the following: (a) News Key Search as Headline; (b) News Context and Date Scanned; (c) News Credibility Score and Descriptive Analysis; (d) Related News Details; and (e) Similarity Score.

Users with a Trully account have a maximum of 5 similarity checks per day. These similarity checks are also saved automatically in the user’s library for later review.

Yes, any logged-in user with a Trully account can add additional scanned news to the library. This feature is exclusively available to registered users.

Anyone can access the Discovery feature to explore and discover the latest news from the Philippines across various news categories. This allows users to stay updated with recent developments and trending topics relevant to the country.

Scanned news is automatically saved to the Trully Library for logged-in users. Non-logged users currently do not have access to this feature and therefore cannot save scanned news in the Trully Library. To save your scanned news, simply log in to your Trully account before scanning, and the news will be stored automatically in your library for easy access and review.

To revisit previously scanned news on Trully, log in to your account, then navigate to the Library tab via the sidebar. From there, you can view the summary of any scanned news by selecting the specific item you wish to review. Process: Log In > Home (Logged In) > Library > Select News > View Summary

To install the Trully App on your mobile phone, open any web browser on your device and go to trully.com.ph. Then, access the browser’s settings menu (such as in Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox) and select the option labeled “Add to Phone” or “Add to Home Screen.” This action will add the Trully app icon to your phone’s home screen, allowing you to launch the app easily like a native application. Process: trully.com.ph (via any browser) > Browser Settings > Add to Phone/Home Screen > Launch App

Yes, you may create multiple accounts provided that each account uses a different email address and a unique username.

By signing up and creating a Trully account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Beta Program and gain access to features such as saving your scanned news in the Trully Library. Additionally, your account provides you with access to the news similarity feature, allowing you to compare news articles for better context and credibility assessment.

No, usernames are unique and cannot be duplicated. Each username must be distinct across all users.

To change your password on Trully, log in to your account, navigate to your Profile section, and select the option to update your password. Enter your current password, then provide your new password and save the changes. Process: Log In > Profile > Update Password > Save Changes

To reset your password, go to the Log In page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address to verify your identity. Once you enter and validate the OTP, you will be prompted to create a new password for your account. After submitting your new password, you can immediately use it to log in to your account.
