General T&C of Trully: News Reliability Checker

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the News Reliability Checker (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
The News Reliability Checker is a tool designed to help users assess the reliability of news content based on established criteria such as content accuracy, source credibility, and transparency. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of any news item assessed.

3. Beta Program and Service Availability
The Service is currently offered as part of a BETA program-a pre-deployment phase for general use. As such, the Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. The Service provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Service during this phase is at your own risk.

4. Free of Charge
As of the moment, the Service is provided free of charge. The Service provider reserves the right to introduce fees or charges in the future, with prior notice to users where applicable.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Users agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

5.2 Users shall not misuse the Service to spread misinformation, engage in unlawful activities, or infringe on the rights of others.

5.3 Users are responsible for verifying any news content independently before making decisions based on the Service’s output.

5.4 Users agree to use the Service in a manner that does not disrupt, damage, or impair its functionality or accessibility.

6. Use the Application Responsibly
You agree to use the News Reliability Checker responsibly by:

6.1 Avoiding any actions that may compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.

6.2 Not using the Service to promote false information, harassment, or any form of harmful conduct.

6.3 Respecting the rights and reputations of others when sharing or acting upon the information obtained from the Service.

6.4 Understanding that the Service is a supplementary tool and should not replace professional judgment or independent verification.

7. Accuracy and Reliability
